The Wessex Division fought with the 84th in the Geilenkirchen area with the Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry.

The Greys were another tank outfit, which captured Wismar in early May 1945.  The unit was named Greys after their horses in earlier days.  The Greys liberated the majority of Teterow POWs.

The Africa Star like U.S. Campaign medals was one of a number awarded to signify the location of the campaigns served.  There were over eight different stars available.
